The Canadian Soil Exchange (CSE) puts Property Owners with fill-deprived land and uneven grading in front of Contractors with excess fill acquired from projects.
PROJECT SIZE
The minimum size of projects on the CSE platform is 500 tri axle loads, or approximately 4,500 cubic meters. There is no maximum project size limit.
Permits
All CSE projects are required to be permitted by the appropriate regulatory authority prior to commencing. The CSE takes pride in its 100% record of legal compliance and the subsequent relationships of trust that have been established as a result of this practice. The CSE regularly assists Property Owners with the process of obtaining permits for their projects.
